25% advance payment is required for this tour, with the remainder due before travel commences. Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash.
20 days or more notice before tour begins: full refund minus a 5% service charge will be deducted
13 to 15 days’ notice before tour begins: 20% will be deducted from the total paid
10 to 12 days’ notice before tour begins: 30% will be deducted
7 to 10 days’ notice before tour begins: 40 % will be deducted
3 to 6 days’ notice before tour begins: 50 % will be deducted
48 hours’ notice before tour begins: no refund
